The Map on the Mobile Should Operate the Same Way for Offline Lists as It Does for Online Lists

Many of our volunteers take advantage of using offline lists in mountainous areas with limited or no cell coverage. They would like to use the map when walking a neighborhood whether they are connected or not connected to the network. It is nice that the map now displays homes when offline but the map is static and not live. 

The app should have a live map just as it does when online so people can utilize the app the same as when connected. The app should cache the pertinent portion of the map when downloading the list. The Google Maps API allows for this capability. Once the map is cached the user can zoom and scroll just like when they are online. The app should clear the homes once the user completes a survey for that home too.
