User Level Permissions
Account Owners – have no restrictions to their Campaign Sidekick account
Admins – have the capability to do 95% of what an account owner can but tied to the permissions the Account Owner wants to give them. Account owners can create different levels of Admins using the *toggle functions* to give Admins use of various functions in Campaign Sidekick.
Manager – can create and assign both walk and phone lists and assign new users to lists. They cannot create voter universes or surveys and have no settings access.
Captains – can assign both walk and phone lists and create new teams. They won’t have settings access and can’t create walk lists, phone lists or surveys.
Canvassers – can make calls from lists they are assigned to on both the app and desktop/laptop. They can also use the mobile app for calls and door knocking.

How Do I Add New Users
First and foremost, you can only create user levels below yours.
Account Owners can create Admins, Managers, Captains and Canvassers.
Admins can create Mangers, Captains and Canvassers.
Mangers can create Captains and Canvassers.
Captains can create Canvassers.
Canvassers can’t create new users.
From your desktop/laptop, you can create a new user by clicking - Campaign Team - User Lists - Add User
Manually Entering a User
Manually entering a user requires six fields; first name, last name, username, password, email and user level (all other fields are optional but not necessary).
*Note* Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Use an email that the volunteer uses frequently, as their password and username get emailed to that address and if they ever need to reset their password, they’ll need that email.
You can also add a new user to an existing team if you'd like, or you can do that later.
Adding Users With a CSV File
With a CSV, you can load an entire file, up to thousands of users at a time. Make sure you click on “Sample CSV” first. Sidekick will download a template for you. Follow it! Then, name your file. After that, select “choose file” then “confirm”
