There are three setting options that Campaign Administrators should be aware of. These settings control important functionality in the mobile app. All three are turned off by default but can easily be toggled on from your desktop/laptop.
To toggle on or off, click "settings" (towards the top right of your screen)
Then, click "app settings"
Toggle on/off as desired
Clock in/Clock out
Turning on this feature will force app users to clock in and clock out, to provide a clear time sheet of their activity. The "clock me in" button can be found on the home screen of the app.
Disable Self-Assign Walklist
Via the *Unassigned Walklist page* in the mobile app, users can see available walklists, based on proximity and size, and choose which one they'd like to work on.
"Disable self assign walk lists" toggled on - users are able to assign existing walk lists to themselves
"Disable self assign walk lists" toggled off - users can't assign walk lists to themselves
The result will be that campaign managers/admins need to directly assign each walklist to the walker or team of their choice.

Allow Walklists to be Taken Offline
Offline canvassing limits the amount of accountability information that a walker’s device can report such as GPS. Once a user takes a list offline, only that user can "work/canvass" in that list (no other user will be able to see this list). Once list is complete, user can "sync" and push all the survey data related to the walk lists to our servers.
To take a list offline, go to your assigned lists and click the "download offline" icon
To sync, press the "sync" icon
